PM04931: REPORTS CONTAINING SPECIFIC RUSSIAN CHARACTERS FAIL TO RUN AFTER BI SERVER 8.3 FP5 WINDOWS INSTALL

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• All reports containing at least any one of the following Russian
  
  symbols char codes 184, 242, 244, 193, 194, 195, 196, 198, 199
  in their name and/or portal  path fail to run unless run from
  Report Studio or using "Run with Options - Save the Report"
  option.
  A prompt page is displayed correctly but after selecting prompt
  values and pressing 'Finish' the following error is returned:
  
  "DPR-ERR-2101 Your request was invalid. Please contact your
  administrator".
  
  
  The issue occurs only if russian language has been previously
  installed from lp_mp_win32_8.3.81.20_ml
