Error description

• Files ending with 0d truncates last 4k from file during transfer
  using new work area.

• Files ending with 0d truncates last 4k from file during
  transfer using new work area.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed in Synergy 7.1.0.1 iFix 1.  The program was modified
  so that if EOS is encountered during read of second char in
  newline translation, it returns what was read. If the EOS is
  incorrectly added to the buffer, the last buffer will be
  discarded (in our case last 4k).
  Fixed in 7.1.0.1 patch 1
