Error description

• The diagram toolbar in an OV-4 Typical diagram in UPDM does not
  offer a cohesive set of nodes and lines. The relationship lines
  offered do not apply to those symbols offered, and the nodes do
  not correspond very well to those symbols named for an OV-4 Typi
  cal in the UPDM specification.
