PM03408: Deleting a copy of a file deletes the original file as well

Error description

• ** Client version 9.1.40102.135 FP1 Hot Fix 2 also occurred in
  SP3 **
  
  While working with Applications within TM1 Server explorer, if
  you
  accidentally click, drag and release a file, then TM1 will
  create a new
  private copy of the file.  If you then subsequently delete this
  accidentally created file, then it will delete both this
  accidental copy
  and the original as well.  The interface does not seem to be
  able to
  distinguish between the two files.  Expected behaviour is for it
  to delete
  only the selected file.
