Error description
Cascading prompts behave different in the report upgraded from 8.3 to 8.4. In all earlier versions,the default value set to a prompt is accepted when the prompt is set as Required. But in 8.4 and 8.4 FP1 and 8.4 FP2the default value is not accepted and user is prompted for value.
