PM02707: makefile invalidated when roundtrip operation changes

Error description

• Message_0(). These changes are then applied using roundtrip.
  Source artifacts are visible in the model.

  Re-Generate code for Cmp1. The following makefile dependency is
  generated
  for classA, i.e. the seach path, '..\..\Cmp2\DefaultConfig\',  i
  s missing.

  If I manually removes the source artifacts classB.cpp and classB
  .h, and
  then regenerate code for Cmp1, the dependency is correct again.
