Error description

  • Found during Field Training by Matt Ohmes and multiple students
    in taking the BV What's New 8.4.1 Course
    
    This was the problem in BV 8.4.1 where when we restore backups,
    sometimes we can no longer see the visualization display for
    lists and hierarchies.  As you may recall, I ran into it once
    when I was developing the internal training and Lesly ran into
    it every time she tried to restore a backup on her image.
    
    Well, it happened again in my class yesterday. It happened to me
    in a demo to the class and it happened to one student  (Julie
    Eisenhower) during her workshop.  Luckily, I had a snapshot I
    could restore but Julie had to essentially start over by
    unzipping her image from scratch.
    
    Julie tried downloading Firefox and it got her past the display
    problem, but almost immediately, she got the 'Loading...'
    message on her screen that wouldn't go away. This sounds exactly
    like what Lesly ran into when she tried Firefox.  (GJ - I think
    he meant to say IE here)
