PM01959: AGGREGATE RULE IS IGNORED IF THE MEASURE EXPRESSION CONTAINS ANY KIND OF AGGREGATION

Error description

• If a measure expression contains an aggregation function like
  count, the aggregation rule for that measure is ignored.
  
  Example:
  A  count  measure within a DMR contains the LAST aggregate rule
  for the time dimension. The  count  measure expression is:
  count([DB].[Table].[Employee count])
  
  Note: this same behavior will occur for any aggregate rule
  function specified (ex. minimum, maximum, last )
  
  When creating a crosstab, the summary rows will be a sum of the
  employee counts, not the last value for the time period.
  Removing the count function from the measure expression will
  show the last values (although the incorrect employee numbers
  will be there due to the count not being applied to the measure
  expression)
  
  If this is design intent, should we update the FM user guide
  (page 135) to indicate this behavior?
