  When an Object contains a RTF table (created in Word and
  copy/pasted in DOORS), the generated DRML code is not valid XML.
  
  Due to this RTF table, the XML file that is generated has tags
  (?blockquote? and ?/blockquote?) inserted in the incorrect
  order.
