PM01422: IBM Sync DB2 Everyplace problem when upgrading to RAD

Error description

  When running a java application in a new run configuration and s
  etup the environment tab with an existing env. var like PATH for
   example and set to append the existing environment variable.
  The result is that the new PATH variable overwrites the existing
   PATH environment variable
