PM00681: RETURN TO PREVIOUS REPORT DOES NOT WORK WITH FIREFOX

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Running a source report, drill through to child, now Click on
  drop down "Previous report" and click on the source report.
  This fails in firefox with the following error.
  
  CV-0003
  Cognos Viewer Security Rejection. Your request was rejected
  because it failed Cognos Viewer input validation. Rejection
  details are available in the log. Please contact your
  administrator.
  
  
  This works propley in Internet Explorer.

Problem conclusion

• Prompt controls don't have a name attribute in their inputs. So
  when we were looping through the formWarpRequest form to gather
  all the inputs, we'd end up adding an input without a name to th
  e form used for the previous report and our validation would fai
  l since every form parameter needs a name. We now guard against
  adding a form field without a name.
