Error description

• No error message here.  If you have a crosstab with multiple
  measures nested as rows, and you create a calculated field to
  calculate the total as the bottom row, an issue exists when
  executing a report based drill through from the total row.  It
  will pass the last member of the set being totaled to the target
  report, when we are expecting it to not pass anything.
  

Local fix

• Nest the measures in the columns instead of the rows.
