PM00432: Helper menu item are greyed out

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The helper menu items added are greyed out.
  
  Steps to Reproduce :
  
  - Open a Rhapsody project
  - Make sure that the 'Welcom to Rhapsody' startup screen is open
   under one of the diagram tabs.
  - Open an object model diagram
  - Select Tools?Customize...
  - Create New Menu content call it 'Explore'
  - Enter: Command 'explorer.exe', Arguments '.', External program
  , Show in Tools menu
  - Click OK
  - Now menu item Explore is shown in the Tools menu
  - View 'Welcome to Rhapsody' startup screen by clickin on the ta
  b
  - View Tools menu to see that menu item 'Explore' is greyed out.
   (Why?)
  - Return to the Object Model Diagram
  - The 'Explore' menu item is still greyed out. It shouldn't.
