Error description

• When editing the properties of a multi-page dashboard and
  selecting "Select an entry" it generates an error with IIS and
  cognosisapi.dll as follows:????? ???????

  memory could not be "read".??? ???????       Click on OK to
  terminate the program???        Click on CANCEL to debug the
  program???        ******************************* ???? ???????
      This is seen in the Event Viewer logs:???

  w3wp.exe, version 6.0.3790.3959, faulting  module
  cognosisapi.dll, version 8.4.2137.0, fault address
  0x00005206.??????? ???????       For more information, see Help

  these errors occur it will disable the application pool and the
  IIS process will have to be restarted to reactivateit.
