APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When enabling system.xml.sample (delete ".sample") in
  c8/templates/ps/async/ directory and restarting cognos services,
  opening any query studio report with "data turned off" and
  running option on the top banner (green run symbol - refer to
  screenshots) the output renders fine.  However once clicking
  "Run Report" on left Menu pane and choosing "view in PDF format"
  or any other format, report then renders once again without
  data, one is forced to click the green run button again to get
  data to be rendered correctly.  Refer to screenshots for detail.

Problem conclusion

• Changed default behaviour so running reports in any external for
  mat (PDF, Excel, etc) will always show in full data mode.
