APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1. Install a process that does not use the dev_template or
  ECP_template package template.
  2. Log in as User.
  3. Go to the Queries tab.
  4. Select a query and click New for Choose a format.
  
  5. Select CMMI Weighted Matrix. The Format -- CMMI Weighted
  Matrix appears.  Choose some attributes (e.g. Severity,
  Resolver) and add them to the Chosen Attributes list box.
  
  6. Click Run to run the query.
  
  An error comes back saying:
  Error: The configuration file
  '/packages/MatrixReport/trapeze/CMMI_weighted_matrix_report_conf
  .js'
  could not be read.
  
  Expected result: A matrix containing the results for the queried
  information.
