PK98314: Crash during panel edit after elements moved

Error description

• I have a support call open with a client who is having problems
  with his Panel Diagram.  They moved some elements in their model
   (to a higher level package) and now, when they try to edit elem
  ents on the Panel Diagram, they get a slow crash in 7.5.
  
  They sent in the model.  I see the same behavior in 7.5.  Rhapso
  dy freezes and eventually crashes.  An RER directory is created,
   but only and empty ERRORLOG.TXT is in it.
  
  I also tested against 7.5.0.1 and Rhapsody freezes, but eventual
  ly the Features dialog does open (after over an hour).
  
  
  To reproduce, open the AHRS_SysML model, go to the Panel Diagram
  .  Right-click on one of the diagram elements and choose Feature
  s...
  
  
  I was asked to open a defect by development:
  
  Unfortunately  there is nothing to do.
  Model hierarchy changes that were made by the user causes the bi
  nding browser to get out of memory while establishing its browse
  r tree.
  Please open a defect.
