PK98244: Highlighting multiple cells to set attribute values does not wor k in Internet Exploreer when holding the Ctrl or Shift key

• Customer stated that when attempting to highlight multiple rows
  to update a attribute using the Shift or Ctrl Key to change mult
  iple requirement attributes this feature is not working when usi
  ng Internet Explorer. The only way to select more than one cell
  is to click and drag. As this is not a issue when using Firefox

  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  Open a RequisitePro sample Project using Internet Explorer 6
  or 7
  
  Open a attribute matrix view and highlight a requirement
  attribute cell
  
  Hold the shift or Ctrl button on the key board to select
  multiple cells to set values for.
  
  It does not work.
  

Problem conclusion

• The grid was needed for a focus when it's created.
