  Description:
  
  Prog Y is an EGL Progam, generated for Java and stored in a jar.
  Prog X is an EGL Program that calls Prog Y by means of a linkage
   call through a jar.
  
  When Prog Y tries to write to the output file this error occurs:

Local fix

Problem summary

• When calling a Java-generated application from the debugger
  using a local call, some resource associations were missing
  so the Java program could not read and write files.
  

Problem conclusion

• The debugger now includes all resource associations,
  regardless of whether it was using them itself, when calling
  the Java program.
