  • When copying/pasting the nodes in GMF diagram editors, the newly
created elements' position is messy.

Problem summary


    

  • The TopicMap diagram, like many generated GMF diagrams, uses
pixels as the unit of measure for view layout. In RSx,
information about the unit of measure was being lost during
the paste operation, causing the pasted views to be drawn in
the upper left-hand corner of the diagram.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Fixed in release RSx 7.5.5

Information about the unit of measure is now preserved
during the paste operation.  The layout coordinates for the
pasted views are now correctly interpreted in pixels.
