  Description of problem:
  WAS 7.0 / WAS 6.1 server library classpath container misses wsat
  lib.jar
  
  Step to reproduce:
  1) Create an EJB project in RAD 7.0 targetting WAS 5.1. Referenc
  e a class com.ibm.wsif.format.jca.WSIFFormatPartImpl;
  2) Migrate the project to RAD 7.5.3 / WAS 7.0
  Result:
  Class com.ibm.wsif.format.jca.WSIFFormatPartImpl cannot be resol
  ved
  
  Workaround:
  Add to ?SDPShared?/plugins/com.ibm.ws.ast.st.core_6.2.1.v2009052

Local fix

Problem summary

• Classes from wsatlib.jar used for compilation of legacy code
  were not available in the workbench which targetted WAS 6.1
  and WAS7.0 servers. That has been fixed for RAD 7.55
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed in Rational Application Developer V7.5.5
