Error description
The Animated Sequence Diagram (called behavior) does not show th e interaction from the Dishwasher with the Motor when running th e model. It shows the events sent to the Motor to be sent to the Environment. This is because Motor is a VariationPoint that is resolved in the Component to be either DC, AC or Step. When remo ving the VariationPoint stereotype from Motor things work fine. The animated sequence diagram should be able to recognize that t he VariationPoint is resolved by another class in the actual cod e of the Component. Workaround: ======== Instead of putting VariationPoint classifier on the SD, put a li feline that does not realize a class, but reference a different SD. On the other SD put all the variants. Make sure to set the p roperty of the lifeline 'Animation:ClassifierRole:MappingPolicy' to ObjectAndDerivedFromRefSD.
