  CICS driver transaction information transmitted from client not
  in EBCDIC.
  It usually gets message invalid transaction ID and transaction
  ID is not in readable format.

  OS_Batch(32 BITS)

• Check CICS driver transaction information transmitted from
  client if not in EBCDIC translate to EBCDIC.
