• The error message 'Tools for WebSphere v6.1 must be installed in
  order to generate WebSphere v6.1 compliant code' may occur when
  generating JAXB artifacts when the 'Tools for WebSphere v6.1'
  are installed and a full WebSphere Application Server is not
  installed.
