Error description

• In a large set of tuple addition which has over 6 tuples, the
  negative subtraction is not calculated correctly in Cognos 8.4
  Report studio.
  
  Negative subtraction is the subtraction of a negative value
  which results in a positive addition. For example: 2-(-1)=2+1=3
  
  The issue is able to be replicated in Cognos 8.4 GA and FP1. See
  more details in testcase.
