PK96611: Portal page reset to the top of the page when user drill down to next level on a chart

Error description

  • You have a portal page containing many Viewer portlets and you
    have to scroll down to see the lower portlets.
    The problem behaviour occurs when you are working on a report at
    the bottom of the portal page.
    You will see that the portal page is refreshed to the top of the
    page when you drill down to the lower level on a  chart.
    This problem does not occur if the drill down is on  a crosstab
    instead of a chart.
    

Local fix

  • Alternative solution: Right click and select drill down.
