APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • 'Unoverride Inheritance' option for statechart of a derived
    class does not work as expectedly.The option creates duplicates
    of the states.
    

Local fix

  • 1) Delete Statechart of B ( You may need to override it first to
    be able to delete it )
    2) Create a new empty statechart of B
    3) Select 'unoverride Inheritance"
    

Problem summary

  • A model corruption occured when a user did 'override
    inheritance' and then 'unoverride inheritance' on an
    inherited  statechart (the number of states in the inherited
    statechart were duplicated).
    The bug was fixed.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed in 7.5.1
