Description of problem:


When testing Web service with RAD 7.5.3, the request or response
 displayed by the TCP/IP Monitor can be truncated when XML displ
ay is selected.
The ?soap:Envelope? tag is missing.

This has been identified as Eclipse defect 289573 (https://bugs.
eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=289573)


Workaround:
Use the Byte display instead of XML

  • When the TCP/IP monitor was enabled and SOAP messages where
being monitored, the XML view would remove the
?soap:Envelope? tag
