PK96101: SELECTING TABS MAKES DATABSSE PROPERTIES WINDOW JUMP

Error description

  Defect # 33255
  
  When the DOORS Database Properties is browsed, and that the DPI
  setting of the OS is set to ?100 DPI, then when we switch
  between tabs on the properties window, the Properties window
  changes its position, drifting diagonally to the right hand
  bottom corner of the screen, for every tab switch.
  

Local fix

• Change the DPI settings to 96

  If a DOORS client machine has the DPI setting at 120, when
  the user selects the DOORS database properties and selecting
  different tabs, the properties window jumps.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed so that the properties window no
  longer jumps in the above scenario
