  Opening a Table view in the main window and the 'Add Model
  Element' toolbar button, selecting the ??select?? option on the
  Location drop-down menu doesn't open model browser dialog as
  with other similiar dialog features in Rhaposdy.
  
  1. Add a new Table View
  2. Open the Table View and click 'add model element' in the
  table view
  3. For Location choose ??select?? - rather than bringing up the
  mini
  browser - it just puts ??select?? as the location
