Error description

• The behavior of feature Report Upgrade has changed since Cognos
  8.2. The function Report Upgrade (from Content Administration)
  is used to upgrade the report when the meta data has been
  changed.
  
  In Cognos 8.2 and Cognos 8.3. you are not prompted if you want
  to upgrade the report specification. The following error
  messages are displayed:
  
  Error Message - Query Studio:
  The report must be updated because a more recent version of the
  package
  exists, or because the report contains objects, such as members
  and levels,
  that are no longer in the model.
  
  After the report has been updated, you must save it to complete
  the update.
  As a precaution, you can keep the original report unchanged by
  saving this
  report with another name.
