Error description

• Function custom rank shows no values. This behavior happens when
  there are 3 levels of the SAME dimension nested in an analysis
  report.
  Example: Insert Region with nested Country with nested City. A
  custom rank on cities gives no values.
  Region1 - Country1 - City1
  Region1 - Country1 - City2
  Region2 - Country3 - City3
  
  The custom rank works if there are levels nested from different
  diemensions.
  Example:
  Region1 - Country1 - Product Line1
  Region1 - Country1 - Product Line2
  Region1 - Country2 - Product Line1
  Region1 - Country2 - Product Line2
  Region2 - Country3 - Product Line1
  Region2 - Country3 - Product Line2
