PK95379: Go Office gives error "The server did something wrong"

• Closed as unreproducible.

Error description

• In a distributed environment, Go Office refuses to work when
  there s no active Report Data Service and Report Service
  runningon the primary dispatcher .????  It could appears the
  first error message or the second one.  1. Error message "The
  server did something wrong" occurs when trying to load a report
  in Excel. Although its possible to browse the available reports
  in the GoOffice Add-in within Office.  2. Error message: After
  approximately 7 minutes, the import stops with the following
  error message "The operation has timed out". The user can not
  work with Cognos Connection. It does not responed any more.
  

Local fix

• - activate the report data service on the primary dispatcher or
  change the order of the dispatchers within URIs for Gateway
