Error description
After WCM Migration from WebSphere Portal 5.1 to WebSphere Portal 6.1. all the Authoring Templates, "Additional Viewers When Published" field in the Workflow section of the Default Content Setting part value shown as "anonymous portal users" whereas in the old 5.1 system, this field shows "Authenticated Portal Users". The migration mis-transformed the user to anonymous portal user
