  • Using Rational Application Developer 7.5.2
The problem occurs when you have a project with a struts nature
which is NOT a struts project.  In this case, it tries to instal
l the facet, but cannot because it cannot determine the struts v
ersion.  The migration will continually run because it runs unti
l either the facet is installed or there is no struts nature.
