Local fix

Problem summary

• ClassCastException in createEditAdditionalMetaDataFields lines
  940 or 1347 when preview authoring template.
  

Problem conclusion

• This issue is observed in version 6.1.x when a user creates an
  authoring template with a link element and then sets the height
  in the common properties for either the Link Text or the Link
  Description fields.  The following is an example of the
  exception:

  Fixed the same issue for both link text and description fields
  

Temporary fix

• do not set a height on the text or description
  fields
