  Unable to publish work product deliverable parts links.
  
  
  Steps To Reproduce:
  
  I used RMC 7.5.0 iFix1 with the same results.
  Client is using RMC 7.5.0 I.20081021-1750R in PT_BR
  Create a method library with work products deliverable parts tha
  t contain internal links.
  Publish to a local folder.
  Open the published library.
  
  Open Capability Pattern
  
  Click on the link along Inputs or Outputs
  
  On the Work Product page that shows.
  
  Click on any of the links under Deliverable Properties.
  
  
  The File not found error will appear.
  
  
  
  I tested in Firefox and IE 7.0.
  
  I tried publishing to a shorter path and got the same error. The
   error in IE is:
  
  Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
  
  
  
  In Firefox: Firefox can't find the file at.
  
  I went to RMC publish folder and looked for the html file that i
  s
  mentioned in the error. The file is not created at all by RMC.
  
  The file has an unusually long name.
