Error description
RAD won't generate ?service-qname? under ?service-ref? when the WSDL has multiple ?service? defined. This means that even if you are using a WebSphere Application Server V7 that includes fix APAR PK90799, there will be times when the endpoint URL will not be overwritten. This is inconvenient for developers and against our expectations , since JSR makes clear that developers must add ?service-qname ?. JSR-109: Web Services for Java EE specification 1.2, p.73.
