Error description
Customer has reported that during her test with reqPro 7.1.0.2 s he got a message:'The topic that you have requested is not avail able. The link may be wrong, or you may not have the correspondi ng product feature installed. This online help only includes doc umentation for features that are installed.' Having tested this on our test environment, we are able to repro duce the issue as follow. - install 7.1.0.1 version - start the reqpro application and use the link Help| index and content -? works - now upgrade your 7.1.0.1 version using Install manager and ins tall 7.1.0.2 - test the help again the above message appears systematically. running a tracer on the browser, returns error 404 on different files missing
Local fix
Problem summary
After upgrading Rational RequisitePro and opening the online help in the client for Windows, a broken link was displayed in the help window banner. The Install build was picking up an incorrect UA content supplier.
Problem conclusion
The Help banner is now displayed properly after upgrading.
