Error description

• Enhanced Faces component (Rich Text Area) is misplaced within a
  table in a JSP page.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• RTE component is rendered out of place (at the top of the
  page) in a portlet. RTE is build using JSPs and when JSF
  includes those JSPs, the server uses an original resposne
  writer, which is different from the writer JSF uses. As a
  result, the RTE is rendered independent (ie "outside") of
  the rest of JSF rendering.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed. A check is added to the RTE renderer to see whether
  the renderer runs in a portlet. If so, wrap the response
  object into a portlet-specific wrapper, so that RTE uses the
  same response wrapper as the rest of JSF components.
  Fix delivered in Rational Application Developer V7.0.0.10
