  Description.
  A Web service function cannot be called from EGL Rich UI preview
   within RBD or when deployed on Tomcat.
  It works when deployed on WAS 7.0.
  
  Error is:
  EGL1621E An error occurred while trying to invoke function:Dodij
  eliOIBFOSDUU on WebService:
  http://localhost:9080/ServiceSupplierWAS/services/DodijeliOIBFOS
  DUUServiceSOAPHttp.
  EGL0001I The error occurred in EGL Rich UI Proxy.
  
  If TCP/IP Monitor is opened, it shows no request so the error oc
  curs before sending the request.
  A simple Rich UI project calling the default Axis Version Web se
  rvice works when deployed on Tomcat 6.0 (see project 00213.versi
  on.zip abd WS from http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/ws/axis/
  1_4/)
  
  a sample testcase reproduces this with:
  1) Import the projects into RBD
  2) Deploy EGL RichUI project ServiceCaller to ServiceCallerWAS (
  select Websphere as deployment server)
  3) Publish ServiceCallerWASEAR and ServiceSupplierEAR to WAS 7
  4) Run on server ServiceCallerWAS\WebContent\ServiceTester-en_US
  .html
  5) click on start: no error, message is shown on systemout as sc
  reenshot 00213.WAS_deploy.jpg
  6) Run the Web service test explorer and fill the fields with th
  e values from ServiceCaller\EGLSource\RuiHandlers\ServiceTester.

  8) Open ServiceCaller\EGLSource\RuiHandlers\ServiceTester.egl wi
  th the Rich UI Editor and do a preview
  9) Error is raised:
