    Windows Vista.

Problem summary

  • ReqPro security logon dialog shows the username and password
    labels in garbled characters
    

Problem conclusion

  • There was a problem with the character encoding of the logon
    dialog in latest Microsoft Windows? versions. A fix was put
    in place to correct this issue.
