Error description

• 225868
  If ther are multiple states and transitions among them, user
  can specify code to be invoked on transition.
  
  However, when Rhsphsody generated codes, not all the code
  hooked to the transitions are generated, hence consufing users.

  Client explained the point whcih they think an issue and
  expected change in Rhpasody is,

  This looks work-as-degined, however this will confuse users,
  becasue they expect that
  [Hooking an event or an action on a transition] in Rhapsody will
  [Generate code which will be invoked on transision]'
  
  Therefore we expect that [Not generate code on transtion] is
  [Rhapsody will grey-out the feature of writing code and allow
  only action]
  This is similar behaviour to a defaultTransition which greys out
  features and make it unavailable (only lets users write the
  action)

Local fix

• Client current unofficial workaround is to not write anything on
  the transitions in question.
