PK91897: An error message occurs when creating a database connection: Thi s driver is locked for use with embedded applications

Error description

• When using IBM WebSphere Connect JDBC Driver getting error This
  driver is locked for use with embedded applications
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Go To Window --? Show View --? Data Management --? Data Explo
  rer
  2. Right Click on Database Connection click New
  3. Select 'WebSphere' for database Manager.
  4. Select the SQL Server 2005 - IBM WebSphere Connect JDBC Drive
  r
  5. We enter connection information and click
  6. We click triangle icon in upper right corner and upload selec
  t the following jars:
  sqlserver.jar, base.jar and util.jar
  7. Click Next
  8. Ensure Disable filter checkbox is not checked (if they click
  on selection they can not see the schemas there)
  9. Click Finish.
  New database connection is displayed.  When I click crossbar nex
  t to CMS database
  Get the following two additional menu items are displayed undern
  eath the CMS database
  Authorization IDs and Schemas.
  When I click the crossbar next to Schemas it should expand and s
  how me the owners.
  buts it not doing anything and error is getting logged.  The cro
  ssbar next to schema goes away.
