Description :

populateDiagram() does not work to show relations on an OMD if
the elements are already present in the OMD .For instrance:

If you have an OMD,with class1 and class2.Class1 has a ??usage??
dependency to Class2 but this relation is not shown in the omd.
Unlike the GUI,using populateDiagram() api to populate the
relation does draw the dependency.

Workaround:

use the api on a new OMD

Local fix
