Error description
When running a report interactively, users have the option to select a delivery method instead of waiting for the report to complete. When a user clicks the delivery options link, they are presented with the option to Save the report, even if they don't have permission. When they choose this option they are sent back to the portal with no warning or error message, and the report never saves.
