• Environment:
  - Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP
    - Product name: Rational Application Developer 7.0.0.8
  Description of problem:
  After deleting source folder in EJB project, files get copied to
   .plugins/org.eclipse.wst.server.core/tmpX
  
  Step to reproduce:
  1. Create EJB project with one session bean
  2. Create a source folder deploy
  3. Delete the source folder deploy
  4. Publish to WAS 6.1
  Resultat:
  During publishing progress bar shows Copying ... to ...
  .class files of EJB project get copied to .metadata/org.eclipse.

  Workaround:
  
  Remove the entry about folder deploy from the files ?project?/.s
  ettings/org.eclipse.wst.common.component

Local fix

Problem summary

• If a single rooted J2EE module project having multiple
  source folders later has one of those source folders
  deleted, then the project may be considered a non single
  rooted project during publishing.  This problem has been
  fixed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix delivered in Rational Application Developer v7.0.0.10
