Error description

• Setting the Size and Overflow width on a chart to 100% for PDF
  output does not fill the width of the page. The chart box does
  resize, but the inner plotting area does not fill the entire
  width.
  

Local fix

• Use a hardcoded value for the width, such as 14 inches.
