  Rhapsody tool crashes sporadically while working on it.
  
  Description:
  ************
  
  Customer reports that while working on Rhapsody, it freezes up
  and crashes sporadically.
  
  Most of the time the crash occurred when the modeler was working
  on the items from the browser:
    * During the rearrangement of the items with 'up' and 'down'
  arrows
    * Working on an Interface object, such as adding a reception
  or
      editing the description field to the reception
  Symptoms including short-cut menu picks of the object starting
  to disappear, property tabs starting to disappear, etc.
  
  One modeler also recalled that when he worked with ReporterPlus,
  the lock-up occurred when:
    * Both ReporterPlus and Rhapsody are open AND
    * Using ReporterPlus to revise the report template but no
  model is loaded AND
    * Open the model in Rhapsody and generate report from Rhapsody
  using the template updated from ReporterPlus
  Symptom: Rhapsody locked up after a few times of report
  generation.
