Check-in the sample model 'Power Window with Simulink'

Perform 'Import/Sync Simulink Model' on the Simulink block

Rhapsody prompts for 'Import Succeeded' and adds new tags to the
Simulink block in Rhapsody browser however there are no flow
ports or attributes created for the block.

Ideally, Rhapsody should not allow import of Simulink Model when
the Rhapsody project is checked-in.
